As a Residential Remodeling Carpenter at Hamtil Construction, you will be a key player in delivering a variety of remodeling tasks, from framing to finish carpentry, drywall installation, and beyond. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and entire home renovations. We seek a candidate passionate about high‑quality work and collaboration with a talented team. Key Responsibilities
Perform essential remodeling tasks such as demolition, framing, trim carpentry, drywall, and more. Work closely with lead carpenters and apprentices to ensure the success of each project. Demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail on all remodel aspects. Resolve on‑site challenges with creative solutions and problem‑solving skills. Follow all safety standards and contribute to quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in residential remodeling or related trades. Proficient in multiple trades such as framing, trim carpentry, and drywall. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A genuine desire to grow within the trade and learn new techniques. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay range of $22–32 per hour, depending on experience. Health insurance benefits. Paid vacation and holidays. Bonus plan and 401(k). Tool and workwear allowance. Collaborative and supportive team environment.
