We are seeking a relational and motivated

Leasing Consultant

for our brand new, 55 and older active adult, lease-up community –

Affinity at Idaho Falls . Through relationship selling, the Leasing Consultant will drive occupancy to meet short-term and long-term leasing goals and build strong rapport with prospective and current residents. Responsibilities

Practice professional and relational leasing techniques by connecting with prospective residents through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and appointments. Receive inbound inquiries, gather information, build relationships, and curate an individualized and “Affinitized” experience. Ensure complete and accurate prospect information is collected, entered, and updated in the sales management system. Conduct individualized tours based on the prospective resident’s needs and interests, utilizing staff, ambassadors, and aligned tour times. Perform daily prospect follow-up in accordance with Affinity expectations and standards (phone calls, personalized next steps, Sales Mail, notes, etc.). Coordinate depositor-related follow-up and engagement. Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing residents’ lives while providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment. Support the community by hosting and participating in onsite events for residents and prospects. Build strategic partnerships with local businesses, service providers, and senior housing communities. Coordinate and participate in offsite sales and marketing events for potential residents and strategic partners. Use on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident/prospect data and demographics. Collaborate with the team to execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic, including prospect-facing events, referrals, outreach, and online/social media marketing as per property plans and programs. Ensure all online advertisements and postings are accurate and up to date. Evaluate competitors quarterly to understand the market landscape and our position. Complete and maintain documents for resident and property files, including background/credit checks and liability insurance. Observe property conditions and report irregularities or maintenance needs. Comply with company policies/procedures and Fair Housing Laws. What We Are Seeking

A relational and influential Leasing Consultant who can build strong rapport and effectively engage with prospective and current residents, while working cohesively with the team. Must be a team player with a “we over me” approach. Determined, ambitious, and self-motivated. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Preferred experience in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service. Excellent communication skills; proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing). Strong computer skills, including MS Office, property management software (e.g., Yardi, On-Site), and CRM solutions. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary. High School diploma or equivalency certificate. Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle. Compensation And Benefits
