Call Center Representative-$21 - $24/hour + Commission and bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in providing outstanding service to our Maintenance Agreement Members and potential new customers. Your ability to listen, engage, and provide tailored solutions will reinforce the value of Cregger’s exceptional service. What You Bring to the Team:
2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
Experience in ServiceTitan or the home services industry (a plus, but not required)
Strong computer skills, including MS Word, email, and CMS applications
Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions
Exceptional communication & relationship-building abilities
Strong time management & organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable work ethic
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and collaboratively
