Marketing Specialist – Italy (fully remote)
We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Specialist to support and execute our marketing activities in Italy. You will join our Italian team of 7 professionals and contribute to our growth by delivering consistent, high‑quality marketing initiatives across channels. In addition to the Italian team, you will also work closely with our international marketing teams, ensuring that marketing activities support lead generation and market development in our B2B technology environment. This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their career, who enjoys hands‑on execution, is eager to learn, and is comfortable working with a good level of autonomy in a flexible remote setup.
Your responsibilities You will support and execute marketing activities for the Italian market, including:
Digital presence:
manage LinkedIn content, website updates, articles, and newsletters, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and contributing to lead generation and brand visibility
Content & localisation:
create, adapt, and optimise content for web, social media, and campaigns tailored to the Italian market
Visual content adaptation:
edit and localise graphics, social media assets, web banners, and marketing materials, translating technical concepts into clear and engaging visuals
Event management:
support the coordination of webinars, trade shows, and industry events, from planning to execution
What we're looking for
Experience:
1+ year of experience in B2B marketing (or equivalent experience through internships, personal projects, or freelance work), ideally in a technology‑oriented environment, or a strong interest in topics such as BIM, MEP, or engineering.
Content skills:
attention to detail and an interest in copywriting and visual communication, with the ability to create clear and engaging content following brand guidelines and templates.
Digital marketing tools:
basic knowledge of SEO, WordPress, HubSpot Marketing Hub and social media management (LinkedIn and YouTube).
AI tools:
basic familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar) to support content creation, research, and day‑to‑day marketing tasks.
Language skills:
full professional proficiency in Italian (C1) and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2).
Soft skills:
organised and detail‑oriented, with a proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative and solve problems. Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Execution skills:
ability to support the execution of marketing campaigns and the organisation of events, both online and on‑site.
