Senior Manager, Brand Experience As a Senior Manager on the Brand Experience Team at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will play a key role in the strategic planning and execution of high-impact events designed to elevate our brand presence and deepen relationships with influencers, media, and clients. This role requires a blend of strategic insight, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for delivering luxury experiences and events. You will report directly to the Vice President of Brand Experience and play an integral role within the FBG organization and the broader Fanatics ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Support and execute a cohesive events strategy aligned with brand identity and messaging, while enhancing overall brand visibility
Build compelling, executive‑ready decks and proposals for new initiatives that effectively communicate important information and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders
Manage select local activations from concept to execution, building toward full ownership and accountability at every stage
Foster strong cross‑functional relationships with internal teams — including VIP Marketing, Creative Studio, Loyalty, and Corporate — and external partners to drive seamless operations and flawless event execution
Develop comprehensive toolkits and frameworks that establish consistent standards across business functions, while coaching partner teams on best practices
Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to deliver high‑quality events and experiences that reflect the FBG brand
Manage and support premium gifting initiatives that reinforce brand image and deepen relationships with key audiences
Oversee event budgets, maximizing impact through cost‑effective solutions without compromising quality or brand standards; keep budgets and stakeholders updated in real time
Maintain a well‑organized library of event recaps and photography, accessible to key stakeholders
Track and analyze event performance metrics to evaluate ROI and continuously refine future event strategies
Maintain a strong command of brand voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all activations and touchpoints
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, events, client engagement, hospitality, or corporate gifting
Proven track record of managing large‑scale events and VIP experiences; luxury experience preferred
Experience building and leading a small team
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
Exceptional attention to detail with a creative approach to crafting meaningful events and activations
Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Slides, with the ability to produce compelling presentation materials
High level of professional integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and problem‑solve proactively in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly
Team‑first mentality with a relentless drive to deliver exceptional experiences and a desire to continuously raise the bar
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel for events as required

Salary Range $101,000 - $167,500 USD
