Overview We are seeking a Merchandising Associate, Women’s Apparel to join our Merchandising Department. This role supports and assistants in the creation, implementation and execution of seasonal product strategies that meet the financial goals of the category while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing, and values-driven workplace.
This position is primarily based in our Greenpoint, Brooklyn office and follows a hybrid schedule, dependent on role and business needs.
About The Role Essential Functions:
Support the execution of seasonal merchandising strategies for Women’s apparel across core and seasonal categories
Own maintenance of line plans, assortment tools, and product data throughout the product lifecycle
Analyze historical sales, sell-through, and trend data to support assortment decisions and category strategies
Partner with Design and Planning to ensure product assortments align with customer demand, brand vision, and financial targets
Track style counts, pricing architecture, colorways, and delivery timing to support on‑time go‑to‑market execution
Prepare and present materials for line reviews, buy meetings, and cross‑functional checkpoints
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support calendar adherence and on‑time delivery
Additional Job Responsibilities
Support competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions
Assist with seasonal hindsight analysis and recap reporting
Partner cross‑functionally to support calendar adherence and milestone deliverables
Help identify risks and opportunities related to assortment balance and pricing
Support special projects and perform other related duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements
2–5 years of experience in merchandising, buying, planning, or a related retail function
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and product data
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint and Toolio experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Drive and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field preferred
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to access and navigate various department at the organization's facilities.
