We are seeking a motivated and organized
Racquet Sports Assistant
to support the daily operations and programming of our club's racquet sports department - Tennis, Pickleball, and Paddle Tennis. This role works closely with club leadership, coaches, members, and junior players to help deliver a high-quality experience for players of all ages and skill levels. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in a
tennis or racquet sports club setting , strong communication skills, and an interest in leadership, programming, and player development. Key Responsibilities
Assist the Racquet Sports Director with day-to-day department operations Help coordinate junior and adult programming, clinics, leagues, and events Support scheduling of courts, lessons, coaches, and programs Communicate effectively with members, parents, and coaching staff Serve as a visible and professional presence on court during programs Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and supporting coaches as needed Help manage registrations, attendance, and basic administrative tasks Contribute to creating a welcoming, organized, and positive club environment Required Qualifications
Prior experience working in a
tennis club or racquet sports club environment Strong
communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work with a wide range of ages, including adults and children Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach Comfort handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting Preferred Qualifications
Coaching or assistant coaching experience Experience coordinating programs, leagues, or events Leadership or supervisory experience in a club or sports setting Familiarity with tennis programming pathways or junior development models Compensation & Benefits
