Role Description The Associate Wall Décor Designer is a full‑time on‑site role based in Fremont, CA. This role involves designing creative and market‑relevant wall décor products, assisting in the development of seasonal collections, and creating digital renderings and technical drawings. Key responsibilities include staying up‑to‑date with design trends, collaborating with the product development team, and ensuring the accurate production of designs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in contributing to innovative and stylish wall décor products for various markets and clients.
Qualifications
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong creative and conceptual design skills, with the ability to produce original and market‑relevant concepts.
Experience with technical drawing and creating precise renderings for manufacturing purposes.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Attention to detail and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of current and emerging trends in home décor is a plus.
Passion for product design and the home furnishings industry is highly desirable.
