Implement and maintain health, safety, and licensing standards that keep kids safe and happy
Strategically grow enrollment through effective marketing and community outreach
Manage daily school operations, from staffing and budgeting to parent communications and record‑keeping
Cultivate an environment rich with learning opportunities, special events, and joyful experiences
Serve as the face of your school – building strong relationships with families and community partners
