Required education: High school diploma or equivalent. Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, full‑time or part‑time.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 30+ in FOH operations.

Develop future leaders.

Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours per week.

Work out of operations in your department 5-10 hours per week.

Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance.

Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service.

Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress.

Oversee business expenses and maximize profits.
