Parts Counter Specialist
to support our Service and Parts departments. This role is ideal for someone with automotive parts experience-or a strong desire to learn-who enjoys helping customers, working with technicians, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and looking for a long-term career in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do
Assist walk-in and phone customers with automotive parts selection Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and product recommendations Support service technicians and advisors with parts requests Pull, stock, and organize parts inventory Process special and emergency parts orders Receive freight, handle returns, and manage parts deliveries Maintain accurate inventory records and a clean, organized parts department What We're Looking For
Automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of parts catalogs and inventory systems is a plus Spanish-speaking is a plus Pay & Benefits
