Job Description
Aparicio Immigration Law is a fast‑growing boutique immigration law firm located in Chicago’s West Loop. We are looking to add a bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn. This role includes daily client interaction, supporting attorneys with court preparation, and assembling immigration filings from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients in English and Spanish (phone, email, and in-person)
Assist attorneys with court and litigation preparation
Prepare and assemble USCIS applications and supporting evidence
Manage calendaring, deadlines, and case follow‑up
Handle telephonic and written correspondence
Support additional office and case‑related responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
Bilingual in
English and Spanish
(required)
3+ years of immigration paralegal experience required
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certification(s) preferred
Enthusiasm and passion for immigration law and client service

$62,000 – $75,000
(depending on experience)
