Are you ready to join a fast-growing AI-driven company transforming workforce management? We’re seeking a motivated Enterprise Account Director to drive enterprise expansion and scale sales efforts for an innovative SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, demos, negotiation, and close.

Experience with ACV deal sizes of $40K–$100K.

Help mature and scale the sales motion in a high-growth environment.

Requirements:

5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.

Proven success at a Series A/B/C startup.

Strong communication, negotiation, and deal structuring skills.

Experience in Selling SaaS platforms or products that use an Interface

History of meeting or exceeding Quota of $1m+
