What You’ll Do We’re looking for an experienced

Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter)

to lead full‑cycle recruiting for professional‑level

sales and sales support roles

across the distribution organization. This role requires strong consultative skills, proven sourcing expertise, and the ability to partner closely with leaders to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes in a fast‑moving, relationship‑driven environment.

This recruiter will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, driving thoughtful recruitment strategies while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end‑to‑end recruiting process for professional sales and sales support roles, including sourcing, pipeline development, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing strategies.

Evaluate candidate qualifications through resume review, screening, and structured interviews to determine best fit.

Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, business priorities, and talent market dynamics.

Provide consultative guidance on candidate assessment and selection, hiring strategy, compensation recommendations, and offer negotiations.

Maintain ongoing communication throughout the recruiting process to ensure alignment, transparency, and a strong hiring manager experience.

Deliver a positive, high‑touch candidate experience by supporting candidates through every stage of the hiring process.

Ensure clear, timely, transparent, and professional communication from first contact through offer decision.

Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage requisitions and candidate activity in compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Review recruiting metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve speed, quality, and effectiveness.

Proactively identify problems and recommend solutions to enhance recruiting outcomes.

Support special projects or additional recruiting needs as required, including flexibility to assist with other roles based on team capacity and business priorities.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

4+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

Demonstrated experience recruiting for professional‑level sales and sales support positions.

Strong relationship‑building, consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Ability to partner effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and influence hiring decisions.

High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Technically savvy and adaptable to change.

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

Experience recruiting within financial services or a regulated environment.

Corporate recruiting experience.

Experience with iCIMS (ATS), HireVue (Prerecorded Interviewing), and LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing).

Experience with structured interviewing practices.

Proven success sourcing and closing talent in competitive markets.

Experience providing market insights and talent recommendations to leaders.

Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non‑sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non‑Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $89,300 – $104,500 / year

Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short‑term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Location & Work Environment Role is based out of the corporate headquarters in Des Moines, IA and offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending at least three in‑office days during a typical workweek.
