Summary / Objective
We are seeking a highly skilled Market Recruiter to join our talent‑acquisition team. The recruiter will partner with store leadership to identify, attract, and hire top sales talent, helping our business grow while fostering a supportive career path for candidates. Essential Functions
Work closely with General Managers and Sales Team Leaders to understand hiring needs for each assigned city and meet competitive hiring goals. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a range of sales roles, helping leaders identify, hire, and retain quality talent. Grow and maintain a database of qualified active and passive talent for future roles. Stay actively engaged within assigned territory to forecast hiring needs. Collaborate with Regional Leadership to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies. Stay current on job boards, social networks, colleges, and other platforms to source and recruit talent. Cultivate and maximize current referral programs. Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
Create and preserve relationships with current sales teams and leadership to better understand hiring needs. Maintain and grow social media and job boards for open positions. Utilize multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative sourcing strategies. Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, test, and manage candidates through the interview process. Maintain the ICIMS ATS database with candidate records. Meet recruitment activity metrics for contacts, referrals, interviews, offers, and training. Skills and Qualifications
1+ year(s) experience as a sales “producer” or recruiting “champion”. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making skills. Knowledge of internet search, campus recruiting, talent canvassing, and MS Office. Familiarity with job boards and database management. Problem‑solving skills, results‑oriented, high energy, and self‑motivated. Ability to travel within assigned market. Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with content management systems or applicant‑tracking databases. Experience conducting various types of interviews (phone, video, etc.). Experience developing recruiting strategy. Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities. Compensation
Base salary 45K‑55K (based on experience) plus bonus opportunity. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Full‑time position. Days and hours may vary depending on recruitment goals. Travel
Up to 75%. Required Education and Experience
