We partner with high-growth and middle-market businesses on key hires across FP&A, accounting, tax, and finance leadership roles. The Role We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to help drive recruiting efforts across accounting and finance roles. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the corporate environment who is interested in building a career in recruiting. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging finance talent, managing candidate relationships, and supporting active searches from start to finish. This is a fully remote role and requires someone who is self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. What You'll Be Doing Identify and engage accounting and finance professionals across various industries Conduct outreach, screening calls, and manage candidate relationships Partner with internal team members to understand client needs and search priorities Help manage multiple searches simultaneously with strong organization and follow-through Build pipelines of talent across accounting, FP&A, tax, and finance leadership roles Leverage tools (including AI-driven tools) to improve sourcing, outreach, and workflow efficiency What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1–5+ years of experience in a corporate or professional environment (finance, accounting, consulting, operations, etc.) Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships High level of ownership and ability to work independently in a remote setting Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment Naturally curious, proactive, and resourceful Interest in leveraging AI tools and modern technology to improve productivity Prior recruiting experience is a plus, but not required Why Join 3 Bridge Networks Fully remote flexibility Exposure to high-quality clients across asset management, technology, and operating companies Opportunity to work on impactful, senior-level searches (including VP, CFO, and leadership roles) Lean team with direct access to leadership and real responsibility from day one Strong earning potential tied to performance Compensation Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives/commission
