Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing Operations Campaign Specialist to act as an embedded execution partner for Reddit's Marketing Operations teams. This role focuses on the tactical build, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across email and digital marketing platforms, enabling marketing stakeholders to move faster while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and operational reliability. This is a hands-on execution role not a strategy or planning position. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution Build and deploy email campaigns, workflows, and marketing journeys Configure audience segmentation based on marketer briefs Upload creative assets and campaign content into platforms Execute campaign setup accurately following defined standards Marketing Automation & Workflows Create automated workflows, nurture journeys, and event-triggered communications Set up audience logic, filters, and targeting rules Ensure proper system connections and data flow across platforms Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting Perform QA checks before campaign launch Identify and troubleshoot delivery or configuration issues Maintain consistency across campaigns and build Monitoring & Reporting Support Monitor live campaigns and flag performance or technical issues Provide daily or periodic updates on campaign status Support basic reporting and data validation Team Collaboration Participate in marketing team meetings Act as an operational extension of Marketing Ops Execute campaigns based on briefs provided by marketers Required Skills & Experience 35 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Campaign Execution Hands-on experience with marketing automation and email platforms such as: HubSpot Salesforce Other similar marketing automation tools Strong experience in: Audience segmentation Workflow automation Email campaign builds Campaign QA processes Ability to follow structured briefs and execute with high accuracy Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with process discipline Nice to Have Experience supporting B2B marketing teams Familiarity with event marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs Understanding of CRM-to-marketing automation integrations Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Working Model Embedded within marketing teams High collaboration and meeting participation Focus on tactical execution, not strategic planning Success Metrics Campaigns launched accurately and on time Reduced turnaround time for campaign builds Low QA errors Consistent execution standards across team
