
National Account Manager

We’re looking for someone who can achieve sales commitments and directly manage relationships with current and prospective major account customers.
This position can be located in any major U.S. city. You must be able to travel approximately 40% of the time.
This Is How You Could Make an Impact
Achieve corporate fleet sales goals for specified customer accounts.
Develop and maintain long term relationships between Volvo Trucks North America and assigned major account customers.
Serve as primary VTNA representative to specified customers responding to requests for assistance in all areas of Volvo “quote to delivery” process using the aid of the National Account Support Team.
Oversee and coordinate Volvo’s marketing initiatives to assigned customers.
Engage appropriate internal VTNA departments and resources to identify issues and proactively assure satisfactory closure through follow up.
Secure and sustain support of VTNA dealerships to meet customers' requirements.
Assist executive management with strategic and tactical input in overall direction as required.

Essential Educational and/or Training Qualifications and Certificates
You will hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years sales and account management experience.
Travel approximately 40% of the time.
Strong customer relationship builder to obtain conquest and existing accounts.
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
Having technical knowledge of electrical infrastructure would be a plus.

For this position, the base pay is set at $143,600.00 - $177,300.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
