The Opportunity This is a true hunter role built for early-career sellers ready to own a territory. You’ll prospect into manufacturing accounts, run full sales cycles, and close business tied directly to operational performance. Real problems. Real budgets. This is not a “wait your turn” environment. You’ll build pipeline, win business, and grow fast — with strong technical backing behind you. What You’ll Do Prospect and generate new business across manufacturing accounts Lead discovery with plant, engineering, operations, and reliability leaders Translate operational pain points into clear business value Deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations Partner with technical specialists to shape solutions Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity Who This Role Is For Must Have Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial environments Experience 3–7 years of B2B sales experience (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or early AE) Track record of hitting activity and revenue targets You Are A true hunter who enjoys prospecting Competitive and income-motivated Comfortable working independently Curious about how industrial operations work Organized and accountable Willing to travel regionally and spend time at customer sites This is ideal for SDRs or junior sellers ready to step into full territory ownership.
