Regional Account Manager Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Account Manager with a strong background in the metals industry. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who excels at building long-term client relationships, driving sales growth, and managing strategic accounts across a defined territory. Compensation: $100K+ DOE
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer retention
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the metals industry
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met
Monitor customer performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements
Manage customer-specific inventory and forecast revenue, margins, and demand
Communicate market insights, trends, and customer feedback internally
Travel up to 50% as needed to support client relationships and business development
Qualifications: Extensive experience in the metals industry is required
Minimum of 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience
Proven track record of growing accounts and driving revenue
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in CRM systems and business software
Bachelor's degree preferred
