Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join a family owned financial services firm based in Birmingham Alabama. This role will report directly into the Marketing Director and be responsible for shaping how marketing channels are managed as the business continues to grow.

Responsibilities include:

Email Marketing (Lifecycle & Campaign Ownership)

Own client and prospect email campaigns end-to-end

Build and manage segment-based nurture campaigns

Plan calendars, draft content, QA, deploy, and report

Execute using Constant Contact and LeadCenter (LC)

Deliver review-ready campaigns

Social Media Strategy & Execution

Own monthly social content strategies and calendars

Stay at least one month ahead, ideally two

Create and write content using AI tools with sound judgment

Schedule and publish content using native platforms and Sprout or Hootsuite

Report on performance, audience behavior, and competitor trends

Paid Digital Marketing (Hands-On Required)

Manage paid social campaigns directly

Own targeting, budget pacing, creative coordination, and optimization

Read performance data and adjust accordingly

Transition into SEM ownership after demonstrating business understanding and best practices

AI-Enabled Content Creation

Use ChatGPT as a thought partner, not a search engine

Build and maintain projects and personas

Accelerate drafting while applying human judgment

Project & Campaign Execution

Manage projects in Monday.com

Own timelines, dependencies, and follow-through

Surface risks early and ensure on-time delivery

Skills and Requirements

3-5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience

Proven ownership of email, social, and paid digital campaigns

Experience with marketing automation, social scheduling, and project management tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.

Comfort operating in regulated or compliance-aware environments - Experience managing a website
