Customer Service Representative Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 21.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) The primary responsibility of this role is supporting vendors and clients with their accounts. This includes subscription status, profile updates, and credentialing requirements. You'll also assist with insurance certificates, compliance tracking, and documentation updates. Answer inbound calls back to back. Deliver excellent customer service to customers via phone and email. Accurately document call details and customer interactions in call management systems. Customer Service Representative Qualifications: Fluent in both Spanish and English is a plus. Must type 45 WPM Must have basic computer knowledge and use it effectively (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Solutions oriented with strong, creative critical-thinking skills. Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
