Customer Service Rep Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm) Provide customer service to customers via phone, email, in person Data entry Proficient with Microsoft Office Maintaining strong client relationships Coordinating shipments Resolving customer inquires Customer Service Rep Qualifications: Prior warehouse 3PL experience is preferred Logistics or freight management/coordination highly desired Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel Computer skills are a must Previous administrative customer service desired Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
