Temp-to-Hire position $ 21.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 02:00pm) Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email Process orders, new member applications, renewals, and returns Upsell products and promotions during every customer interaction Provide information on compensation plans, products, and business promotions Assist with order tracking, returns, and event registrations Maintain high productivity and customer service standards Utilize customer support systems efficiently to resolve inquiries Bilingual Korea & English Customer Service Rep Qualifications
MUST live in Utah and be within an hour of Spanish Fork or Lehi UTAH MUST be FLUENT in KOREAN and ENGLISH Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to handle a wide range of customer inquiries Ability to promote and upsell products effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to meet high productivity and quality standards Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
