
AEM Cloud Administrator (Adobe Campaign Classic)

Job Summary
The AEM Cloud Administrator will be responsible for administering, supporting, and optimizing Adobe Campaign Classic environments. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in campaign development, platform administration, automation, and integrations to support large-scale, multi-channel marketing initiatives while ensuring performance, security, and data compliance.
Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Adobe Campaign environments (Classic/Standard). Administer platform users, roles, permissions, and security settings. Monitor system health, performance, and troubleshoot technical and campaign-related issues. Design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign. Support marketing teams with workflows, deliveries, targeting logic, and campaign execution. Configure and optimize delivery templates, typologies, and campaign execution logic. Integrate Adobe Campaign with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. Manage data imports, exports, schema updates, and audience segmentation. Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). Apply patches, upgrades, and ensure platform version compatibility. Monitor logs and resolve workflow, delivery, and performance-related errors. Generate campaign performance reports and provide optimization insights. Collaborate with analytics teams on tracking, reporting, and attribution. Create SOPs, platform documentation, and provide training to internal teams. Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of hands-on experience with
Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC)
development and administration. Strong expertise in
schema design, technical workflows, and campaign orchestration . Proficiency in
JavaScript
and
SOAP/REST APIs
for automation and integrations. Experience with
instance configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting . Deep knowledge of
delivery templates, typologies, and campaign execution logic . Strong understanding of
campaign automation, email marketing, and customer segmentation . Hands-on experience with
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
for email template customization. Strong database and
SQL
knowledge for data management and query optimization. Experience integrating Adobe Campaign with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work closely with marketing, data, and technical teams. Strong attention to detail and operational discipline. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills
