Farmington Hills, MI Sales and Marketing Coordinator (#1052635) Job Summary The Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports the sales and marketing teams by creating and implementing corporate marketing campaigns, producing engaging marketing content, and coordinating various internal and external sales and marketing initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities Manage and update social media profiles by regularly posting, actively engaging and monitoring content and interactions Collaborate with vendors on website maintenance, public relations, branding, and production of marketing materials Assist with the development and implementation of effective marketing campaigns, programs, and marketing materials that align with corporate objectives Produce compelling and creative marketing content tailored to diverse audiences and business segments Support the sales and business development teams in preparing and responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) in a multi-state capacity Coordinate, facilitate and attend client events, trade shows, "Lunch and Learn" sessions, customer appreciation, and other client-focused activities Coordinate and facilitate marketing events, press activities, and communication timelines, including scheduling, materials preparation, and logistical support Assist in managing media relations, including writing and editing press releases, external communications, and other related materials Ensure branding consistency across all channels and that all marketing and sales materials adhere to established corporate communication standards Assist with media relations, including editing external communications, press releases, and marketing materials Implement, administer and manage customer relationship manager (CRM) sales software such as FreshSales Create and maintain bi-weekly sales, opportunity and pipeline reports Assist in the preparation of the annual sales and marketing business plan, budget and monthly expense tracking Conduct reconciliation, reporting and analysis of sales, marketing performance and client satisfaction data Support the development, implementation and administration of the sales-to-operations transition process and initial job setup procedures Assist with developing, implementing and managing client business review and customer satisfaction processes Design and produce presentation materials, display boards, and handouts for internal and external use Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze industry trends to inform and support marketing strategies and initiatives Manage and update contact databases, overseeing targeted direct mail campaigns Additional projects and team support as needed Education, Experience and Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Sales & Marketing role; experience in a service-related industry (construction, HVAC, facilities management) preferred Experience with customer relationship manager (CRM) sales software preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional professional writing, editing and proofreading skills Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and apply sound business judgement Highly proficient in Microsoft Office365 products (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word) Maintain a high level of confidentiality Physical Demand Requirements Prolonged periods of walking and standing, sitting at a desk and working on a computer Lifting up to 15 pounds at times Travel Requirements Travel as required- likely 10% Valid driver's license required Benefits Our benefits are second to none and thanks to our flexible benefit options you can choose the benefits you need or want, options include: Medical and Dental (FastTek pays majority of the medical program) Vision Personal Time Off (PTO) Program Long Term Disability (100% paid) Life Insurance (100% paid) 401(k) with immediate vesting and 3% (of salary) dollar-for-dollar match #J-18808-Ljbffr
