About the Role

Candidates for the VP of Corporate Tax position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive tax experience, including a background in a Big 4 firm and a publicly traded company. Deep expertise in federal and multi-state tax compliance and provision, as well as proven experience in transactional tax work, is required. The role demands strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence at the executive level. While not mandatory, experience with international tax, particularly Canadian operations, and hands-on involvement in tax technology implementation are considered advantageous.
