Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 per year (plus bonus).

Job Details Responsibilities
Own and manage Brand P&L for a portfolio of consumer health products
Develop and execute long‑term (2+ year) and annual marketing strategies
Lead omnichannel marketing efforts across digital, retail, and healthcare channels
Drive product positioning, pricing, promotions, and go‑to‑market strategies
Partner with cross‑functional teams including digital, e‑commerce, and global marketing
Oversee agency relationships, media planning, and campaign execution
Use analytics to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue performance
Lead development of brand messaging, content, and consumer engagement strategies
Manage budgets and optimize marketing spend
Coach, mentor, and develop marketing team members
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in brand marketing or brand building
Experience in consumer health, wellness, or related industries
Strong understanding of:
Omnichannel marketing strategies
Digital and consumer engagement platforms
Brand positioning and product marketing
Experience managing:
Marketing budgets
Agencies and external partners
Cross‑functional teams
Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision‑making
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid – 2/3 days onsite)
