Competitive salary: $200k–$250k + bonus High‑impact leadership role with full brand ownership Opportunity to drive strategy, innovation, and revenue growth Lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team Strong benefits package including: Medical, dental, vision 401(k) with match PTO + paid holidays Wellness programs and product perks Collaborative, people‑first culture Job Details Responsibilities Own and manage Brand P&L for a portfolio of consumer health products Develop and execute long‑term (2+ year) and annual marketing strategies Lead omnichannel marketing efforts across digital, retail, and healthcare channels Drive product positioning, pricing, promotions, and go‑to‑market strategies Partner with cross‑functional teams including digital, e‑commerce, and global marketing Oversee agency relationships, media planning, and campaign execution Use analytics to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue performance Lead development of brand messaging, content, and consumer engagement strategies Manage budgets and optimize marketing spend Coach, mentor, and develop marketing team members Qualifications 7+ years of experience in brand marketing or brand building Experience in consumer health, wellness, or related industries Strong understanding of: Omnichannel marketing strategies Digital and consumer engagement platforms Brand positioning and product marketing Experience managing: Marketing budgets Agencies and external partners Cross‑functional teams Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision‑making Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) Additional Details Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid – 2/3 days onsite) Leadership Role: Direct impact on brand growth and performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
