Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Technical Assistance: Provide quoting, technical advice and support to the sales team regarding product specifications, usage, and troubleshooting customer inquiries. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and assist them in resolving product-related issues. Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation on product specifications, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting procedures to support the sales team and customers. Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives, engineering and other internal support teams to relay customer feedback and ensure that products meet market demands. Training: Conduct training sessions for sales staff on product features and technical aspects to enhance their selling capabilities. Other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements

Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or a related discipline is typically required. Experience: 0-2 years of related experience in technical sales support or a similar role is often preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong self‑motivation, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a service‑oriented mindset Skills and Abilities

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the products being sold, along with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical customers. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying technical information to customers and team members. Additional Skills

Problem‑Solving:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Customer Focus:

A strong customer service orientation to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration:

Ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and other internal support teams to achieve common goals. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between technical products and customer needs, ensuring that clients receive the support they require to effectively utilize the products offered by the company.
