The Opportunity We are looking for a high-performing real estate recruiter to help scale our agent base across Tampa Bay (primary), Orlando, and Jacksonville.

This is not an HR role. This is a performance-driven growth position where you will build a portfolio of agents that generates ongoing, recurring income. Compensation expected to be $60k - $85k in year one, and $100k+ in subsequent years. Compensation is uncapped & scalable. This role is designed to create long-term, recurring income tied to agent production. This model is built around productive agents, not headcount.

What You’ll Do

Recruit, vet, and onboard high-quality real estate agents in Florida

Build and manage a consistent pipeline of agent candidates

Conduct recruiting calls and present the Veranda value proposition

Partner with leadership on market expansion strategy

Attend monthly in-person meetings in New Port Richey

Track recruiting activity and performance

Our focus is simple: bring in the right agents, not just more agents.

All agents are subject to broker approval and must align with company standards.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and performance-driven

Preferred:

Existing network in Tampa, Orlando, or Jacksonville

Preferred:

Experience growing a brokerage or team

Preferred:

Familiarity with CRM and recruiting pipelines
