
Head of Partnerships

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a partnership leader to help take our partner program to the next level. If you’re a strategic thinker that can always find the win‑win, and has experience developing partner relationships that provide tangible results (revenue) via referrals, then you’ll be a good fit for this role.
What you’ll be doing You’re day to day will be leading the partnership team (of 3) as you develop and oversee the execution of partnership strategies that deliver pipeline and revenue while reinforcing Freshpaint as the gold standard.
Primary responsibilities
Develop new and existing partnerships that drive new pipeline & revenue for Freshpaint
Integrate partners into our sales processes to help selling teams create and close opportunities
Enable co‑marketing that supports our GTM strategy
Reinforce Freshpaint as the gold standard for healthcare marketers looking to drive outcomes
Lead the team of partner managers, developing their skillset and helping them develop fruitful partnerships
Create executive alignment between key strategic partners and Freshpaint leadership
Desired skills & experience
Leadership and Strategic Experience
8+ years experience building successful partnerships
At least 2‑3+ years experience leading a partnership team
Demonstrated experience build GTM strategies that leverage partners to deliver results for the business
Pipeline/Revenue Responsibility
Has experience with partnerships that deliver results through a referral and co‑sell motion
Demonstrated experience leveraging partnerships to scale revenue
Nice to haves
B2B SaaS experience at a startup strongly preferred
Familiarity with Marketing agencies strongly preferred
Experience working in healthcare
