Key Responsibilities

Engage qualified inbound prospects and guide them through a structured sales process

Build trust quickly by understanding client goals and recommending tailored solutions

Schedule, coordinate, and manage client tours or consultations as part of the sales experience

Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within the CRM system

Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and performance metrics

Confidently transition customers from initial interest to informed purchasing decisions

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail commission-based sales or similar performance-driven sales environment

Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Strong consultative selling skills, including objection handling, and closing

Ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust with a wide range of clients

Comfort engaging prospects by phone, video, and in person

Strong professionalism, time management, and follow‑through

Motivation to work in a performance-based compensation structure

Background in environments with inbound leads and scheduled appointments

Ongoing pay: Hourly base (minimum wage) + aggressive commissions

Expected earnings: ~$100K within first 14 months; $150+ top performers
