We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive – Health Plan Vertical (Remote Position) in Indianapolis, Indiana (US-IN), United States (US).
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of IT Sales experience in the Managed Services/Professional Services space and strong relationships in the Healthcare Payer industry. A deep understanding of Information Technology and Digital Solutions sales and the ability to articulate the value proposition to clients are required. The role is primarily a hunter-type sales position to generate, qualify, and close new business at the C‑Suite decision maker level.
Responsibilities
Sells complex managed services, full IT outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions, including regulatory compliance solutions, digital solutions, mobile solutions, transformational services, application management/support, digital workplace services, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
Demonstrates a history of success in a hunter role with a proven ability to acquire net new logos.
Shows passion for improving healthcare and patient outcomes and is recognized as an expert in the Healthcare Payer service solutions industry.
Articulates the value proposition of IT managed and professional services to clients.
Sales into large national health‑plan accounts with ability to demonstrate successful deal closures.
Interfaces strategically and influences C‑level executives within customer organizations.
Designs and implements sales strategy to achieve sales quota.
Assesses potential sales opportunities and develops value propositions.
Applies deep understanding of business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs/challenges of assigned accounts.
Employs the long‑term vision of business/technology direction for NTT DATA.
Drives services sales strategies that enable exponential sales growth.
Demonstrates success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $12+ million in revenue.
Understands competitive landscape for IT services and anticipates market and competitive factors influencing the sale of NTT DATA services.
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates boardroom executive presence.
Is willing to travel up to 40% of the time.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT services sales and/or professional services sales.
Minimum of 5 years of experience selling into enterprise Healthcare Payer clients.

Compensation & Benefits The starting pay range for this remote role is $108,500 – $250,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. The role is eligible for company benefits that may include medical, dental, and vision insurance; flexible spending or health savings account; life and AD&D insurance; short and long term disability coverage; paid time off; employee assistance; participation in a 401(k) program with company match; and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
