Our dedicated team manages thousands of Housing Choice Vouchers annually.

Role As Director, People & Culture, you’ll be a trusted partner to leaders and employees alike, guiding people‑centered initiatives that advance our mission and strengthen our culture. In this role, you will:
Design and lead a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and long‑term goals.
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent management, organizational design, succession planning, and employee development.
Champion people programs and initiatives that enhance engagement, productivity, and retention across the organization.
Provide thoughtful, principled guidance to employees at all levels, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Cultivate a high‑performing, inclusive culture through ongoing coaching, meaningful performance conversations, and targeted development opportunities that empower individuals and teams to do their best work.
This Bedford, NH based role requires a strong local presence. To support onboarding and training, the initial weeks of employment will be conducted in‑office, with intermittent remote work available after, as determined by the manager.
Your Experience, Skills, And Education Should Include
Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to balance short‑ and long‑term priorities.
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
High emotional intelligence, integrity, and sound judgment.
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; HRIS experience required (UKG Pro preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner role, including people management.
Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM‑CP/SCP) and HR association membership preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
