The Role This is a unique opportunity for a driven sales personality at a reputable, German‑founded, international FinTech company. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) on our Sales Team, you will be responsible for prospecting, following up, and passing on qualified leads to Account Executives who convert them into new customers. The role requires knowledge of lead generation, a track record of hitting goals, and the ability to engage new prospects confidently.
What you’ll do
Identify business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold‑calling, emailing, and social selling while qualifying inbound leads.
Build relationships with stakeholders, including C‑level executives, to understand their needs and assess viability.
Pass high‑quality leads through a high‑velocity funnel, scheduling in‑person or virtual meetings, emails, or phone calls.
Collaborate closely with sales executives to meet company goals and targets.
Work hybrid from our offices in Amsterdam, covering the Benelux market.
What you bring to the table
Completed studies or experience in a fast‑moving environment, looking for a career start in sales, inside sales, or sales development.
Exceptional people skills, persuasive communication, trustworthiness, and active listening to anticipate customers’ needs.
Target‑driven, highly committed, and responsive to sell our SaaS solution.
Tech‑savvy and ready to understand our CPM platform to provide real added value.
Business‑fluent communication skills in Flemish and English; additional languages are a plus.
Open to working hybrid in our offices in Antwerp or Amsterdam.
