Key Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day administration of
executive and partner compensation
programs
Support planning and execution of annual executive compensation and reward cycles
Partner with Total Rewards leadership as a
trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert
Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leaders and key stakeholders
Support elements of
long‑term incentive and equity administration
Build and maintain compensation models, analytics, and scenario planning tools
Enhance and document executive compensation policies, controls, and governance
Support executive‑level communications, reporting, and compliance diligence
Handle highly confidential data with discretion and integrity
Ideal Candidate Profile
6+ years of experience in
compensation , with exposure to
executive compensation
Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel modeling capability
Experience operating in
global, fast‑paced, or high‑growth environments
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners
High attention to detail, strong judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Certifications such as
CCP, CEP, or SPHR
are a plus
Interest or experience in
equity compensation
highly advantageous
