Event Marketing Representative (Seasonal / Part-Time)

$20–$25/hr + Bonus per Appointment Set
About TORQ Coatings A fast‑growing concrete floor coatings company focused on delivering a premium customer experience through strong branding, elite marketing, and high‑performance products. We’re building a boots‑on‑the‑ground marketing team to drive local awareness and generate leads in the community.
Opportunity We’re looking for an outgoing, reliable, and energetic Event Marketing Representative to represent our brand at local events, including golf outings, car shows, farmer’s markets, home shows, and community events. This is a part‑time, seasonal role with a heavy focus on weekends and local event activation.
Responsibilities
Represent TORQ Coatings at local events and booths
Engage with homeowners and create a great first impression
Educate prospects on our services (training provided)
Set appointments for our sales team
Help generate leads and build brand awareness in the community
Compensation $20–$25/hour (based on experience). Bonus per appointment set and completed. Gas support provided for event travel.

Strong communication and people skills
Positive, high‑energy personality
Comfortable talking to strangers and starting conversations
Reliable transportation
Availability on weekends (required)
Sales or event experience is a plus, but not required
