Digital Marketing Lead Location: Chicagoland (Hybrid Preferred) Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 Base + Performance Bonuses OTE: $100,000 – $130,000+ Reports To: Founder / Marketing Director Growth Path: Director of Digital Marketing About TORQ Coatings TORQ Coatings is a fast-growing concrete coatings company specializing in premium polyurea and polyaspartic systems for residential and commercial spaces. We are building a marketing-first, systems-driven brand designed to dominate local markets through elite execution, data-driven decisions, and relentless follow-through. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build, scale, and lead role. The Opportunity We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who will take ownership of our entire digital ecosystem. This person will be responsible for: Driving qualified lead flow Building and optimizing marketing systems Managing media buying across platforms Owning SEO strategy and execution Implementing automation and tracking infrastructure You will work directly with leadership and play a critical role in scaling TORQ across multiple markets. Your Mission Build a predictable, scalable marketing engine that generates consistent, high-quality leads Lowers cost per acquisition over time Creates strong brand presence across every channel Supports multiple markets and future expansion Core Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Ownership Own and execute the full digital marketing strategy across all channels Build scalable systems that support multi-market growth Continuously test, optimize, and improve performance Media Buying (Paid Ads) Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) TikTok Ads Connected TV (OTT) Manage budgets and allocate spend based on performance Optimize for CPL, CAC, and ROI Work with creative team to develop high-converting ad assets SEO & Organic Growth Own TORQ’s SEO strategy (local + long‑form content) Improve rankings, organic traffic, and inbound leads Optimize website structure, pages, and technical SEO Implement “They Ask, You Answer” content strategy Manage blog, landing pages, and keyword strategy Automation & Systems Build and manage marketing automations using tools like Zapier, CRM workflows, and AI tools Improve lead routing, follow-up speed, and conversion rates Integrate systems across CRM, call center, and marketing platforms Ensure clean tracking from lead to close Analytics & Performance Tracking Track and report on key KPIs: Cost per lead (CPL) Cost per acquisition (CAC) Conversion rates Channel performance Build dashboards and reporting systems Make data‑driven decisions to improve performance Website & Funnel Optimization Oversee website updates, landing pages, and conversion funnels Improve UX and conversion rates across all digital touchpoints Run A/B tests and optimize continuously Vendor & Partner Management Work with external agencies and partners when needed Negotiate media buys (TV, radio, digital placements) Hold partners accountable to performance metrics What We’re Looking For 3+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or media buying Proven experience running Meta & Google Ads (REQUIRED) Strong understanding of SEO and content strategy Experience with marketing automation tools (Zapier, CRM workflows, etc.) Highly analytical and data‑driven mindset Ability to manage multiple campaigns and markets simultaneously Strong ownership mentality — you don’t wait, you build Comfortable working directly with a fast-moving, visionary founder Bonus Points Experience in home services or local service-based businesses Experience scaling campaigns across multiple markets Familiarity with tools like Builder Prime, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc. Experience with AI tools for marketing and automation Why Join TORQ Be part of building something from the ground up High ownership, high impact role Clear path to leadership (Director level) Fast‑paced, growth‑driven environment Opportunity to build systems that scale across multiple brands Bottom Line Think in systems Loves data Knows how to scale paid media And wants to actually build something big This is the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
