## DescriptionIn this role, you will play a vital part in creating memorable experiences for our Membership while nurturing a supportive and inclusive environment rooted in integrity, community, and harmony.
Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional dining experiences to our member and guests, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
•
Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.
•
Greet and promptly serve members and guests.
•
Accurately take orders.
•
Serve food and beverages in a timely, efficient and correct manner never auctioning off food.
•
Move expediently and with purpose but in an unhurried manner.
•
Attend to members and guests’ needs and requests.
•
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests.
•
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
•
Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.
•
Assist with table setting, clearing, and resetting.
•
Any other duties, as assigned.## Qualifications•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.

Ability to carry heavy plates, trays and racks.
•
A commitment to providing exceptional service that makes a difference to our Membership.
