This position serves as a Protocol & Events lead for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control business area, managing strategy, planning, communications and execution of high-visibility customer engagements, executive visits, ceremonies, internal recognitions and other executive-level events. These activities will span multiple MFC sites primarily Dallas, Texas; Camden, Arkansas; and other central and southwestern U.S. locations. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or related field. U.S. citizen eligible for a Secret security clearance. Willing and able to travel domestically as required (approx. 1-2 times a month). Proven track record planning and executing executive-level and high-profile events. Experience creating and implementing communications plans. Proficient with Microsoft Office and event/project management software. Job Description

Oversee all aspects of VIP visits, customer engagements, ceremonies and special events across multiple MFC sites, primarily Dallas, Texas; Camden, Arkansas; and other central and southwestern U.S. locations. Create and execute communications and engagement strategies aligned with enterprise and MFC priorities. Develop communications plans supporting internal and external events. Advise senior leadership on protocol standards, international and domestic customs, compliance and best practices for engagement.
