This part-time position (20 hours per week) provides essential contributions and support to the work of the City's Human Resources Division, ensuring excellent service to employees, supervisors and job applicants and proper application of City policies and procedures. Anticipated areas of focus include recruitment, hiring and onboarding and benefits administration. Seeking a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality. Requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to master HR software programs used for recruitment and onboarding and electronic forms and workflows. Requires a bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field and three years of professional human resources experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience to perform the essential functions of the position.
