Leasing Manager – Jacksonville, FL – Madison Fountains
Location: Jacksonville, FL – On-site | Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week
About the Role As a Leasing Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, providing exceptional service while driving leasing success. You’ll showcase your sales skills, market our communities, and create a welcoming experience.
What You’ll Do:
Be the Face of the Community – Provide top‑notch service to current and prospective residents, ensuring an outstanding experience.
Drive Leasing Success – Effectively lease apartments, meet occupancy goals, and promote our communities as the #1 choice in the market.
Know Your Product – Stay informed about our property, amenities, and competition to confidently showcase our offerings.
Track & Follow Up – Monitor leasing traffic, follow up with prospects, and analyze trends to optimize leasing strategies.
Manage the Lease Process – From application review to finalizing paperwork, ensure seamless and compliant leasing transactions.
Ensure Move‑In Readiness – Conduct final inspections and walkthroughs so every home is move‑in ready.
Drive Renewals – Build strong relationships and coordinate lease renewals to maximize retention.
Market Like a Pro – Engage in outside marketing to establish Madison Communities as the go‑to choice for apartment living.
What You Bring to the Table:
Excellent communication skills – You’re a natural at connecting with people and making them feel at home.
Creativity & problem‑solving – Think outside the box to attract and retain residents.
Tech‑savvy – Comfortable with MS Office and property‑management software.
Property‑management experience – Preferred, but not required; if you have sales or leasing experience, we want to hear from you.
Team player – Thrive in a collaborative environment and bring positive energy to the team.
Strong organizational skills – Juggle multiple tasks while keeping things running smoothly.
