Join us this summer for an immersive 10‑day behind the scenes experience at Salish Lodge & Spa. This hands‑on experience offers the unique opportunity to rotate through key departments, including Retail, Spa, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, Valet, Food & Beverage, and Culinary.
You will work alongside experienced hospitality professionals, gain valuable real‑world skills, and discover what it takes to create truly unforgettable guest experiences.
If you're passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and ready to jump in and contribute, this is your opportunity to explore the industry from the inside out.
Program Length: 10 business days each session
Session 1 Dates: June 15 – 26
Session 2 Dates: July 6 – 17
Number of available spots per session: 6

Rate of pay: $20 per hour

What Success Looks Like
Rotate through multiple departments to gain hands‑on hospitality experience
Support daily operations while learning industry standards and best practices
Assist in day‑to‑day tasks within each department, learning industry best practices and operational standards.
Engage with guests to deliver exceptional service and enhance the overall guest experience
What You Bring:
Current student (age 16 – 21) or recent graduate
Must be enrolled Snoqualmie Tribe member or child of enrolled Snoqualmie Tribe member
Interest in exploring a career in hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Washington state food handler card required
Where you’ll work: Salish Lodge & Spa located 30 minutes east of downtown Seattle and within 40 minutes from Seattle‑Tacoma International Airport.
