We're an AI-powered video commerce platform that turns existing content into personalised, shoppable experiences that work forever. Our AI Shopping Assistant surfaces the right video at the right moment, answering customer questions with recommendations that drive conversion and reduce returns. THE ROLE Right now, Zellor’s digital presence doesn't reflect the quality of what we’ve built. The website is basic. The collateral is thin. The content is inconsistent. That’s on us, we’ve been heads-down on product and customers. This hire changes that. You’ll be the key marketing person on the team, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll own how we present ourselves and how we communicate our story, and you’ll work closely with sales to make sure marketing actually moves deals. This isn’t a role for someone who needs a big team and a clear brief. It’s for someone who sees a gap and fills it. FIRST 90 DAYS You’ll hit the ground running on four things: Update website, clean, professional, conversion-focused. Build the sales collateral library, case studies, one‑pagers, deck templates, email copy. The sales team needs ammunition. Get our LinkedIn and social presence to a professional standard, consistent, on‑brand, active. Develop a content execution plan aligned with Zellor’s GTM priorities for the next 12 months, what we produce, where it goes, and how it supports the pipeline. WHAT YOU’LL OWN Brand – visual identity, tone of voice, templates. Make Zellor look like a company that means business. Website – own it end to end. Copy, design, updates, performance. Sales enablement – case studies, customer announcements, battle cards, pitch support. You sit between marketing and sales. Content — LinkedIn, blog, email. Write it yourself or direct it. Customer stories – work with Customer Success to turn live deployments into proof points. Events and expos – longer term, support leadership planning of where Zellor shows up in the beauty and ecommerce world. Reporting – track what’s working. Content performance and campaign performance WHO YOU ARE 5+ years in B2B SaaS or martech marketing — you’ve done this before at a similar stage company. You are AI native and use AI tools extensively. Strong writer — you can write a case study, a LinkedIn post, and a homepage headline and they all sound like the same brand. Hands‑on with web tools — Webflow or equivalent. You don’t wait for a developer to update a page. You have a keen eye for visual marketing assets. Sales‑aware — you understand that marketing exists to support revenue, not win awards. Self‑directed — you’re comfortable being the only content marketer in the room. You set your own priorities and deliver without being chased. Beauty or ecommerce experience is a bonus. Not a requirement. WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT This isn’t a strategy‑only role. You’ll be writing copy, updating the website, building decks, and getting your hands dirty every week. If you’re looking for a team to execute your vision, this isn’t the right fit yet.
