We are partnering with a
well-established textile manufacturing company
based in the foothills of North Carolina to identify a
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) . This organization has a long-standing reputation for quality, innovation, and operational excellence, and they are seeking a strategic HR professional to support continued growth across a multi-state footprint.
Position Overview The HR Business Partner will serve as a key partner to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives across manufacturing operations. This role blends
strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution , supporting everything from employee relations and workforce planning to compliance, payroll, and benefits administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a

Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives that support operational performance and continuous improvement Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and develop effective talent acquisition strategies Provide day-to-day HR support, including employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution Manage onboarding, terminations, and employee lifecycle processes Conduct employee investigations and ensure risk mitigation Develop and deliver training programs, including leadership development for supervisors Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states Process bi-weekly payroll (140 employees) and maintain HRIS data accuracy Administer benefits programs and support annual renewals Support compensation planning and maintain accurate reporting (EEO-1, etc.) Oversee FMLA, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and OSHA-related matters Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law (NC, CO, PA, IL preferred) Experience with employee relations, compliance, and organizational development Proven ability to influence and build relationships with leadership Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
