As we grow, we’re looking for a seasoned
Director of Operations
to take full ownership of our operational backbone—from
supply chain to logistics, imports, and customer service.
As
Director of Operations , you'll lead and optimize our
end-to-end supply chain , ensuring our products—from Asia to the U.S.—arrive on time, in spec, and in full. You’ll manage a lean, high-performing team across
logistics, customer service, imports , and collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and scalable systems.
This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility into all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all operational functions:
global supply chain, imports, customer service, and logistics Manage 3PL partners, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and co-packers Lead and mentor a team across
imports, CS, logistics, and operations Optimize freight and warehouse costs while ensuring high service levels Develop scalable SOPs, processes, and KPIs for all ops functions Collaborate with Sales, Finance, QA, and Product Development teams Monitor global supply chain risks (lead times, container costs, port disruptions) Implement tools and systems to improve forecasting, traceability, and communication Report directly to company leadership and contribute to strategic planning
Qualifications 8+ years in CPG operations , with experience in
imported food products Deep understanding of
international logistics, customs, and 3PL management Experience working with
retailers, distributors , and private label programs Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills Detail-oriented and systems-minded—you love building efficient processes Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or similar); Excel/Google Sheets expert Bonus: Experience in
