Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Account Manager located in Chicago, IL. We are looking to grow our US Direct Sales Team. The role involves becoming an expert on our product line, identifying and nurturing customer relationships, managing accounts, prospecting leads, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With the main goal to achieve our sales targets while advocating for the company's value propositions effectively. Work is from the Chicago Downtown office Monday-Thursday and remote on Friday.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted calls and emails to existing accounts and new leads
  • Guide prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to close, sending quotes as needed
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
  • Working together and collaborating with team members


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years experience in Inside Sales Account Management
  • The ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in establishing customer satisfaction and ensuring long-term relationship building
  • Strong active listening skills to effectively communicate with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is an advantage


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary of $50,000
  • Bonuses + commission for meeting sales targets
