Real Estate Paralegal/Settlement Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well regarded law firm to recruit an experienced real estate paralegal and settlement coordinator. This full time role is ideal for someone who has hands on experience supporting both residential and commercial real estate closings and can manage communications, documentation, and workflow throughout the entire settlement process. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of residential and commercial real estate closings Prepare settlement statements, closing packages, and related documentation Review purchase agreements, loan documents, title commitments, and surveys Communicate with lenders, title companies, realtors, attorneys, and clients to ensure smooth transactions Order and track title searches, lien searches, payoffs, and supporting documents Manage escrow funds and ensure all required financial documentation is accurate and complete Schedule closings, maintain closing calendars, and track critical deadlines Organize and maintain detailed client files in compliance with firm procedures Assist attorneys with document preparation and follow up throughout the transaction cycle Qualifications:

Experience handling both residential and commercial real estate closings is required Strong understanding of settlement procedures, title documents, and closing workflows Familiarity with title software and document management systems Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail Ability to communicate professionally with clients, lenders, brokers, and internal teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office and real estate transaction platforms Ability to work independently while managing multiple ongoing files This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance. Pay Details:

$65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
