Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager
Location: Austin, TX – Arboretum Plaza (Hybrid)
Position Summary Thales is looking for a
Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager
to play a key role in driving marketing performance, campaign execution, and pipeline contribution across the region. In this position, you will also ensure all inbound and outbound demand is accurately captured, qualified, and converted into pipeline through well‑designed processes, consistent execution, and actionable analytics.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Lead the operational execution of regional marketing campaigns, ensuring programs are correctly built, tracked, and compliant. Oversee key activities including email programs, workflow configuration, segmentation, list management, and QA. Ensure data accuracy and proper performance tracking across systems in alignment with global standards.
Take primary responsibility for regional campaign and funnel performance analysis. Use reporting tools and dashboards to monitor inquiry, conversion, and pipeline contribution metrics. Identify performance gaps, uncover root causes, and provide structured optimization recommendations. Deliver recurring performance summaries and actionable insights to Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
Analyze lead follow‑up performance, SLA adherence, and pipeline conversion from inbound and outbound activities. Review disposition trends and highlight improvement opportunities. Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve alignment between marketing output and BDR execution.
Act as the regional analytical point of contact for Marketing, ABM, Central MOPS, and BDR teams. Support demand review discussions with structured performance insights and ensure consistent KPI visibility across stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or revenue operations roles.
Expert in building and maintaining dashboards in PowerBI (data modeling, KPI structuring, performance visualization).
Practical experience working with Salesforce and Marketo for campaign tracking and funnel analysis.
Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign and pipeline performance, identify performance gaps, and translate data into clear optimization recommendations and overall marketing operations strategy.
Solid understanding of marketing funnel metrics, conversion analysis, and attribution logic.
Strong attention to detail and structured problem‑solving approach.
Ability to influence cross‑functionally and manage multiple high priority projects congruently. Clear and concise communication skills and experience presenting data‑driven insights.
Special Position Requirements
Schedule: Core business hours, Monday – Friday.
Physical Environment: General office & warehouse environment.
Travel: This position may require domestic travel less than 15%.
